Your Adventure Begins Here: Processing Times
Our expert roasters treat each batch of beans like a prized discovery, carefully roasting to bring out the unique flavors of each origin.
Here’s how long it takes for your coffee to begin its journey:
- Orders placed before 11:59 PM ET on Sunday: Roasted and shipped by Wednesday
- Orders placed between Monday and Thursday: Roasted and shipped within 2-3 business days
- Orders placed Friday through Sunday: Roasted and shipped the following Wednesday
Remember, patience is a virtue in both coffee brewing and shipping!
Delivery Timeframes: From Our Roastery to Your Door
We know you’re eager to start your coffee adventure, so we process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Depending on where you are in this vast and beautiful country of ours, you should receive your order within a few days after that.
Keep in mind that during peak seasons (like holidays) or unexpected events (like postal strikes), delivery times might vary. But rest assured, our dedicated team of coffee explorers will work tirelessly to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible!

Signature Required? Your Choice!
We process all orders as “No Signature Required” to ensure you get your coffee even if you’re out exploring.
However, if you’d prefer a signature to be required upon delivery, just let us know at orders@voria.coffee right after placing your order.
Tracking Your Coffee’s Expedition
Once your coffee embarks on its journey, we’ll send you a tracking number faster than you can grind beans for your morning brew. You can follow your package’s adventure through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
The Safe Arrival: Delivery
Like a skilled barista carefully pouring a latte, our carriers will do their best to deliver your package safely. However, we can’t be responsible for packages left unattended. If you’re planning an expedition of your own, consider shipping to a secure location or a neighbor who can receive your coffee.
When Plans Change: Order Modifications and Cancellations
We get it – sometimes your coffee route needs to change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at orders@voria.coffee within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your beans will likely have already begun their journey, and we won’t be able to recall them.
Lost in Transit: Missing Packages
In the rare event that your coffee loses its way (hey, even the best explorers get lost sometimes!), don’t panic. Contact us at orders@voria.coffee, and we’ll work with our carriers to track it down or arrange a replacement expedition for your beans.
