Just like how it takes time to truly appreciate a new coffee origin, we give you a generous 30-day window to explore your Voria Coffee purchase. If, within those 30 days, you find that your coffee compass is pointing you in a different direction, we’re here to help you course-correct.

What Can Be Returned?

Here’s the scoop: we accept returns on unused, unopened bags of coffee in their original packaging. Think of it as preserving the integrity of the coffee’s origin story – it needs to be untouched, just as it left our roastery.

However, like that one-of-a-kind sunset you witnessed on your travels, some experiences (and products) can’t be replicated or returned:

  • Opened bags of coffee (once you’ve started the journey, there’s no going back!)
  • Gift cards (because the adventure is in the giving)
  • Digital products (like our downloadable brewing guides)

The Return Voyage

Ready to send your coffee back? Here’s your return itinerary:

    1. Email us at orders@voria.coffee with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We’ll provide you with a return address and any necessary instructions.
    3. Pack your coffee securely – think of it as preparing for a bumpy jeep ride through coffee plantations.
    4. Ship it back to us (unfortunately, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs).

Once we receive your return, our team of coffee experts will inspect it faster than a seasoned cupper evaluates a fresh brew. We’ll then notify you about the status of your refund.
